Refund policy
Please ensure that you check your order upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours should anything be incorrect, damaged or missing.
Unfortunately, PMU does not offer refunds, and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged. This is for your care and the safety of others. Please bear this in mind when shopping and choose your products carefully, and don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Return and Exchange Exceptions
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received an item you did not order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return in any exceptional case, such as a damaged or defective product, you need to request the return within 10 days of the delivery date by emailing pmu@pmu.co.za and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with an unbroken seal, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
Opened or used products that are in some way defective may be exchanged at the discretion of the online store manager.

PMU Returns, 269 Voortrekker Road, Krugersdorp, Gauteng, 1739, South Africa.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued with a credit on your PMU online account.
Refunds
