How long will my order take to arrive?

Gauteng: 1-2 work days
Other major centres: 1-3 work days
Regional towns: 1-4 work days

Help! I haven’t received my order/I have an issue with my delivery.

Uh Oh. Don’t stress, we are here to help. If your order has not arrived within the specified shipping time frame, or you have any issue upon receipt, please shoot an email to pmu@pmu.co.za with your order number. Our customer service specialists will be able to help.

Is my information safe?

We hold your privacy as a top priority and therefore will not share your information with any third parties.  Credit card details are processed via a secure browser. We do not store your credit card details.

What will you do with my information?

PMU does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. We do not disclose any of our customer information without explicit consent.

Does PMU ship internationally?

Not yet! 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer R100 flat rate regular domestic shipping. International shipping is not yet available, but you are most welcome to arrange for collection from our warehouse in Johannesburg.

Do we test on animals?

We are 100% against testing on our furry friends!

What if I have allergies?

We recommend a small patch test 24 hours before applying PMU products for the first time. If irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. 

Can I return my products for a refund or credit?

Unfortunately we do not allow returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons due to the nature of the product, so please be careful and ensure you choose the correct products. 

Can I collect my order? 

YES! We have a collection point in Krugersdorp. (i-Spa) You can also make an appointment to match your shades.
